LVBC is ordinary people like yourself. We are not perfect, just forgiven. We believe that salvation is the free gift of God, through His Son, Jesus Christ, to all who by faith put their trust in Him. The Bible, consisting of the Old Testament and the New Testament, is God's written communication to man. In it, God has revealed Himself to mankind. In it He details our failures and His solutions. In it He reveals how we can have eternal life and be assured of heaven when we leave this world. We study it to know God. We study it to have life and we study it throughout life.
Working together as a family benefits each of us and all of us. We encourage each other, help each other, pray for each other, and support each other. When each of us is strengthened, the family is strengthened.
As the family is the foundation of society, it is also important within the church. We are old and young, and everywhere in between. No matter what age we are we need encouraged and taught. With activities and classes for all ages, LVBC strives to minister to the entire family. Strong families make a strong society.
